: : Hello,
: : I've been having slight ear problems for almost a year now. I believe it started off as a habit for my to cover my nose with my hands and "pop" my ears. I got to a point where i would be doing this all the time. Now i notice my ears are generally clogged up decently when i wake up and i have to wait for them to unclog or try to pop them. When i first figured out i had this habbit i went to a doctor and they said i had water in my ear and they squirted some stuff in and said i would be fine. i was convinced it was just my habbit of contiually clogging and unclogging them. Anyone heard of this?? Im hoping now i can just stop my habbit and my ears will stop clogging for good!
: Do normal people hear NOTHING when they swallow? I just realized now that i hear a ripple type pop like everytime i swallow.. im scared now..
Make an appointment to see your ENT doctor and explain all of this to him. He will check you thoroughly to be sure there is nothing wrong and can probably offer some suggestions as well as ease your mind on all of this.
