: for two months, i have had an increasingly loud pulse rate in my left ear, which is particularly bothersome at night...
: has anyone else had this problem? Do you have water in your ear? Maybe an outer ear infection? Have you tried antibiotic ear drops? Sometimes aspirin helps or maybe Tylenol with codeine is effective ....I prop myself up on pillows at night and that seems to help a little..but its still hard to sleep cause of the pounding...sounds like either an outer ear canal infection which drops might help...or water in the ear thats not becoming infected as that would break your eardrum by now esp after two months.Sometimes decongestant helps as that opens yup the estachian tube and allows the water to drain out...Pseudophed..but read label as there are warnings and it can keep you awake. Good luck...I know it sure is bothersome
