I know how you feel. I am presently graduating from college,
and I have had hearing aids for about two years. I originally
got them for my language class, but since then I have not worn
them. I might have worn them more, but even with CIC, my ear
canals are too small to fit completely inside, so they are slightly
visible. Sometimes my lack of hearing causes problems, but the
stigma attached to them (i.e., for old people only) are too great.
I wish there was an alternative... Matthew
