I have had nearly the identical symptoms that you speak about. Fullness in the ear, popping, feeling of wetness in the ear, and dizziness that occurs very sporadically, but not necessarily upon moving. I have had an MRI that came back normal. I have even had some facial ticks above my eye. (on the same side as the blocked ear) The doctor told me that it is my eustacian tube and it will clear with time. It has been 6 months since the start. : :
