: Just wanted to let everyone know that my husband has been moved down one floor at the hospital which is a great step. They did a catherization and so far the heart shows no rejection. His heart beat is still kind of low so they may have to put in a pacemaker, but after waiting so long for his heart, I can deal with that. He even went for a walk down the halls of the hospital yesterday. He may be able to come home next Friday or Saturday. Keep your fingers crossed and thanks for all your thoughts and prayers. REPLY i do so hope all is still going wellAnother item of science news is about a response mechanism which begins in the body to reject foreign tissue Scientists now can turn off that mechanism but I suppose it is in its early stages of research i read a post from a transplant patient who had had her new heart for 3 years and now is learning the computer so i do so hope so much for you that your husband,s transplant will also be successful From Fliveya
