: My 18 month old daughter has Ebstein's Anomaly. I would like to hear from anyone who has or knows someone with this disease.
: Thanks......... Liana Hi Lian, My granddaughter was born 8/2/00 with severe ebsteins anomaly. She was born at St. Frances Hospital in Tulsa, OK and was immediately after her birth flown to Childrens hospital in Oklahoma City, OK. Dr. Christopher Knott-Craig performed surgery on her Monday 8/7/00. She did not have to have a shunt or Fontan. She is doing extremely well. Dr. Knott-Craig developed the surgery that he performed on our Morgan Julia. He is world renown and there are only 6 thoracic surgeons in the world including him that do this surgery. Our experience here as been beyond belief. We went from expecting our angel to die, to looking forward to a complete recovery, with the distinct possibility that she will not have to have any futher surgeries. If you need more information, please feel free to e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Good luck to you and yours.
