Does anyone know if upper body exercises contribute to the worsening of SVT. I was finally
diagnosed with supra ventricular tach after ten years of run around by different doctors. I was
initially told it was "in my head", or "panic attacks". But I did have PVC's and now I have SVT.
Some exercises seem to irritate or trigger this. thanks.
