Pacesetter pacemaker recalls and advisories

Was anyone else on list involved in the recent (june 7) advisory released by St. Jude Medical on need for pacemaker dependant patients to have their Pacesetter Tempo Meta (see link below) I had mine replaced July 10 and had had it for almost 23 months. I had problems from day one and now we realize that had intermittant failure since early May this year. I am pacemaker dependant and have researched this on FDA site. It was never a recall as "no adverse effects" had been reported. I filed a consumer report with https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/medwatch/ which has been acknowleged. If anyone else was involved with this advisory or earlier recall in March please post.
