: What is the correlation between a lack of seratonin and Migraines? Is there a synthetic substitue? How does all this effect vision in the long term?
REPLY I don,t know but I have readthat monosodium glutamate in foods can cause migraine for sensitive persons Some stock sold for gravy contains monosodium glutamate which ha s many names You can buy some which just contains caramel browning which i s free from flavour enhancers It is often possible to manage without any gravy colouring or flavouring Perhaps substances like that block neurotransmitters in some way and cause headachesMonosodium glutamate is in many foods not just stock or gravy granules From fliveya
