I read recently that there's a form of bad cholesterol that's different from the conventional kind. This one doesn't have much in common with the well known LDL that we're afraid of and you can't really change it much with diet and exercise. It's mainly genetic they say. And if you have a high count of this, you have about 70% increase risk of a heart attack. And to top it off, it's hard to get an accurat measure of this thing. A real bugger, I think. I'm sure they'll come up with something.
