: : I need your help, i went to the ER last night with a tight chest, difficulty breathing,
: : my shoulders and arms were numb, now they did some blood work, and took all the tests
: : available I'm assuming, but everything came out negative, my family has a history of anxiety,
: : i'm hoping that is the case.
: : now please..any of you who have had a heart attack,
: : please tell me...when ever you had an attack, did it last all day? I mean the symptoms,
: : today was stressful...my left arm went numb, pains in my chest, alittle heart burn, tight chest.
: : I mean like all day long it seemed, a fight with the ex triggered it. please people, I'm very worried,
: : I can't get a heart stress test till next week, I'm so scared I'm building for a massive heart attack,
: : please, any info would help me...do you think it is anxiety which has the same symptoms?,
: : it lasted all day is all I'm very scared at this point
: : help me please,
: : thank you brent
: Go by the doctors first. My heart attacks were much worst than your description The pain was so bad morphine and demarol just reduced the awareness of discomfort. My MI pain lasted at least 3 days but another attack only lasted a couple of hours. The peak pain in both was horrible. Even today it hurts ten years later just to think about the experiences. I have had tension that started like a heart attack but just never reached that level of pain.
: Hope others will share so you can get a better feel of you situation. All the best, Mace.
thank you Mace,
I plan on getting the heart stress test done to ease my mind. there were no sharp pains in my chest, just tightness.
ofcourse that doesn't mean anything, I appreciate you sharing your experience and i'm sorry for your condition, I hope
your doing great now. I have been under alot of stress latey, I hope it is anxiety.
take care of yourself Mace,
