I used to know all the fancy names, but bottom line is that the process that allows corn oil to be a solid at room temperature creates something called "hydrogenated vegtable oil". I believe that is what margine is. This stuff is in many baked goods and is really really bad for the heart. It boosts the bad chor. and I believe it also monkies with the "triglycerides" in a bad way. Natural is always better and I eat butter within reason. One always has a tendency to over do a good thing. Monitor your chor. levels, lay of the margine, lay off the baked junk food with "hydrogenated vegtable oill", get plenty of good rest and exercise and enjoy life. Stay away from the artificial crap.
