I am 40 and was recently diagnosed. Does anyone have this, and what are you doing to deter the palpitations?
I have gone off all caffeine, but don't know what else to do. I am told I should get ablation radiotherapy, yet I only had one episode and this seems so hasty.
Has anyone had ablation? I am interested to hear about it from the patient's perspective.
