REPLY He might have been on antibiotics some of which might cause problems with absorption of the minerals you mention Streptomycins perhap s? Perhaps he has undulant fever infection or a virus infection of some sortwhich are affecting heart muscles Another point is minerals have to be balanced it might be becaiuse he is taking too much of one compared with another that is causing the problem Hope he will be better soon from fliveya (screen nmae)
