I have had several tests done by a cardiologist, Here are the findings.... I'm healthy I have PVC, PAC, and innocent bradycardia. Occasional Tachycardia also They say I'm alright, however, They sent me home with yet another heart monitor.
When I exercise I feel OK, but a few hours later while resting I feel my heart slow down, stop for a few seconds and then start up again with very hard slow pounding. It feels like my heart is flip flopping in my chest. Sometimes I feel quite lightheaded when I stand up suddenly and people have remarked that I turn white. Do you think I should get another opinion?
I don't want to go for a run and die on the trail.
P.S I'm female, 29, low cholestrol and otherwise healthy. I quit smoking about 2 1/2 monthes ago. THANK YOU!
