: When I went for a run the other day, it seemed that my heart was skipping beats here and there. Maybe I didn't take good pulse but I'm not sure if it was my mistake or not. Is this something I should worry about?

It's not normal for your heart to skip so I wouldn't say you're totally in the clear. You may want to ask your doctor. In the mean time try to find out what it could be. I've read about one condition that causes irregular heart beats called long qt syndrome, it often gets triggered during exercise. Website dna.com talks about it. Good luck.
