John. I have no expertise in the this field whatsoever. I, like you, am here to find answers. It sounds like you are and were in wonderful shape even before you started the supplements.Why not give them up for awhile and see what happens. You know yourself that if you are eating properly there really is no need to take any supplements. Good luck and I hope your problem goes away
