I just figured that my problem was i needed to detox from supplements. I'm definately careful with my dosages and timing of taking them, so i'm not abusing them in any way. I've been drinking a lot of water and i feel that's helping me flush out my system....i feel much better than i did a day ago. As far as taking the supplements goes....my eating habits are great. I eat small meals and eat good foods. I started taking supplements like Creatine and Glutamine to gain muscle. I'm going to stop these altogether so i can see if my weightlifting gains were gotten thru these supplements or were obtained from hard workouts, proper sleep and good quality food.
