Hi Julie I took my son to the doctors today - last night he mentioned that he felt the "buzzing"/"fluttering" feelings again - the doc seemed to think it is a "virus" (don't you love how everything is a virus!) - I will definately keep an eye on him and will visit another doctor if it happens again. Thanks for your advice Sarah
