I can hear by own heart beating in my left ear. It doesn't seem to be as noticable when there is other noise around. I did mention it to my internal medicine doctor. He looked in my ear and said it was just a little fluid build up. I don't believe him. I've never had this problem before. It even gets worse when I lean over sometimes. And especially it I strain. Let me know if you find out what is causing this.
