I'm 41 and have MVP with severe regurgitation and was recently given Atenolol which also made me extremely tired. I now take it at bedtime. Like I used to take my birth control pills at bedtime. This seems to be working for me. Since I believe the drug may peak when you are asleep. I only take one a day or they suggested cutting it in half. I believe its 50 mg. not sure have to go check.
