I have cardiomyapathy and recently went for an echocardiogram and my heart muscle has improved/gotten stronger since taking Co-Q10 for the past year; I am less tired, and though my cardiologist thought it was the avrapro he has me taking (one pill a day) I know it's the Co-Q10, which is simply wonderful and a natural supplement.
