: Thanks, Anne hello i do the same thing all day long it feels like i cant take a deep berath in although i can breath it just feels like i cant take it in deep enough to catch so i have to walk around and until i catch it .. the docter told me it was due to anxiety although i dont believe that.. also my heart beats hard a .lot to lik ewhen im sitting still i can feel it throuh my body!!1
