I have been having vertigo type thing like when I start fainting not knowning that you are to going to passout without know, I don't know how to control dizzy but the heart it does beat very fast I'm kinda scare about because the Doctor more concern about my heart. I have block out about 6 years ago but still going they can't find what wrong I hope can find the problem . : My friend's girlfriend sometimes faints sometimes without really apparent reason. I was told this is a heart conditions. Is there something like that in a heart condition that makes you faint without warnings?
