I was DXed with Fibromyalgia, later with Hep. C, and finally with hypothyroidism. I have all three.
My liver specialist says all his Hep C patients have hypothyroidism and FM like symptoms to some degree.
My pain eventually went away with thyroid replacement, though. Took awhile to get the right dose.
I was in great pain with a TSH in the lab
"normal" upper range. My endo now keeps me below or at TSH 1. I feel fine, in fact MUCH better.
Something to consider!
