I recently accidentally touched a plastic bag that had Hepatitas C dried blood on it. Although I didn,t have any open cuts on my hands I was wondering if I had put my self ay risk of catching the infection. I phoned a local hosptal who contacted a specialist who advised me that as long as there was no open cus or weeping cuts I would be o.k. However, could you please confirm this? Also, how long is the dried blood infectious for?
