I'm an adoptive mom of 2 and have been "helping" (well, praying and finding information) for an adoptive agency that has been working in Africa. They have children for adoption and sponsoring and have recently come into situations with children with Hep B.
They asked to me look around the net for information from people with Hep B. They can find the "medical book" stuff, but really need to know what it's like from a personal prospective so they can inform future adoptive parents and people working in Africa with this children.
Anyway, here's BJ's questions, if you have answers, please email me. If you don't feel comfortable with emailing me, I'll gladly send you the agency's name, web address and email or phone number.
