Hepititis B : Kissing

I've recently read some conflicting answers on kissing associated with Hep B ...was wondering if someone could help me?
I have kissed someone with Hep B and wondering if i should be concerned? I've also read symtoms on general itching? is that all over your body?,
or is it with a rash?....the symtoms are so general and could be for so many things? So i'd aprreciate any help someone could give me, i'd rather
not bring this up to my Dr if i don't have to....there was no sex involved, just kissing...thank you !!
