i have hep c and chirossis. i bruise easily and have nosebleeds. my platelet count is between 35
and 45 thousand. any helpful info re:building platelet count would be greatly appreciated.also any other helpful thoughts im really depressed will need liver transplant in 3-5 yrs. max.
