about 6 years ago my dr. ran blood work on me, i showed pos. for hep. c. the day we found out the same lab did the same test again,[neg. this time.] this went on with a liver specialist doing more blood work with the same results, pos. then neg. then on with a liver bio. neg. no damage,no sign! now i was finally told i was exposed at some time in my life to hep. c, but i dont have it??? my current md. says my red blood cell count is high, blames this on smoking. he recomened i donate blood.i live close to the u of fla. and thought that someone at the school would surely find my blood usefull or at least intersting. so far no luck.has anyone else been thru this, or even heard of something like this?
