hi, I have heard that Hepatitus b can cause autism and asburgers disease in children. I know that if this is a risk, I would rather my child not be vaccinated. But why must children get vaccinated? Isn't hepatitus B a sexually transmitted disease, if it is, why do children have to be vaccinated? I'd really appreciate a response.
