This is unknown. Alcohol is known to make the virus replicate faster. My guess is it is a matter of how much you drink of it. One of them once in a while is probably fairly harmless. One a day less harmless, six a day not a good idea, and so on.
If you can live without it, I recommend that. If you cannot, you might want to explore why you cannot.
No amount is considered safe because it may have consequences in one person and not in another. We can't tell who will suffer and who will not.
