No...u have to have a presription....sorry. U can get things that will help u deal with any itching...like Domeboro....which u would have to dillute and rub on your penis or something. : I've never been to the doctor and I'm pretty sure I have genitial herpies (about two months now). I have sores over the tip of my penis and on my genitials. I am coming down to the US from Canada. I was wondering if an over the counter medication was available also what should I buy? In Canada you have to get a prescription. : thanks
