Julie, I need to contact you in reguards to the natural products that will help ease the pain. How do I contact you?: There are some natural products that you can take to adjust your body chemistry so that an outbreak is unlikely or very mild . your body needs to maintain a ph of 7 to 7.2 most outbreaks occur when the body shifts to the acid side 6.5 or less : if you want to know more or learn how to keep your body in the proper ph range send me a personal email I would be glad to help . : : I have herpes, and while subsequent outbreaks have not been nearly as painful as the primary one, I am wondering if anyone knows of any topical ointment that helps. I saw an add for" simply essential" or something like that, on the internet and wondered if anyone has tried it or anything else that might help. I don't really want to keep taking valtrex, but until I find something else that works, I will. Please, any suggestions?
