Symptoms

Ok, about 2 weeks ago I noticed my urine to be realy dark, and it seemed to burn a little. After urinating it would itch inside my penis. Sometimes it would itch inside without urinating. I went to the doctor because I thought I had a kidney infection and he checked and said no. I also seemed to have something leaking out, I only noticed because of yellow stains in my underware. He have me some antibiotics and said it would clear up and it did. Well I was with the same girl the next weekend and the symptoms seemed to come back but this time I got little red dots on the side of my penis and the hole is sort of red. I'm really scared what could this be. Please someone email me and tell me.
