Apparently you have not been to the Health clinic or doctor and been diagnosed or they would or should have know the difference. To me by your disciption they sound like Herpes. : are genital warts herpes? What I have look like little white bumps, that after removed by my gyn, still come back on my outside lip or on the puvic hair area. Now I think I got one around the annus.
