When I got tested my doctor told me that even if the test came back negative that did not mean that i did not have it. But if it came back positive then it was right. You might was to ask your doctor if they can perscribe acylovir to you or some type of herpes medication. Just to see if that clears it up. Some doctors will do it and some wont. There are not any effects to you if you don't have it. By taking the med. it won't hurt anything. Just help. good luck.
Also the culture that they do.....scraping, In my opinion it really hurt.
: Go to the Health Clinic in your area. They are very thorough and discreet number system. They do a scraping and send it away for testing. Good luck:
: : I have had large blisters appear on the end of my penis three times. The first two times my doctor cultured them with a Q-tip type thing. The second time, he sent me to a lab to test my blood for all STDs. Everything cam back negative. Now I have developed two large and painful blisters on the roof of my mouth. I'm thinking I should get another blood test. My wife swears she doesn't have herpes but she frequently develops a rash with purplish pimple looking things on her butt. I think I have it. How do I know for sure?
