I was diagnosed with herpes about 5 years ago. I have an outbreak maybe once or month or so, but with medication it is manageable. My question is this: I have frequent bouts of fatigue, a soreness/tightness in my neck, mood swings, and an occaisional lowered resistance to sickness (i.e. a sniffle or mild cough that lasts a couple of days). Is this herpes related? Though this happens frequently it rarely results in an outbreak on my penis. Is there anything I can do about this? Will more frequent herpes medication dosage help?
