: I just recently had safe sex with a girl about 15 days ago and a little after the 15th day I noticed two small pumps under my penis and on my upper thigh. I first felt an itch and they lasted for about four days no blistering and no pain. I have had a rash like symtem there before but it went away after a few days. Do I have Herpies?
