There are some natural products that you can take to adjust your body chemistry so that an outbreak is unlikely or very mild . your body needs to maintain a ph of 7 to 7.2 most outbreaks occur when the body shifts to the acid side 6.5 or less
if you want to know more or learn how to keep your body in the proper ph range send me a personal email I would be glad to help .

: I have herpes, and while subsequent outbreaks have not been nearly as painful as the primary one, I am wondering if anyone knows of any topical ointment that helps. I saw an add for" simply essential" or something like that, on the internet and wondered if anyone has tried it or anything else that might help. I don't really want to keep taking valtrex, but until I find something else that works, I will. Please, any suggestions?
