She told me she has herpies ..... WOW now what?

I just started seeing a women that i like a lot and she just recently told me she has herpies ..... her ex-husband gave it to her and she isn't one to sleep around witch is what i thought people with this did
Running away isn't really what i want to do but i need help comeing to grips with this and some advise on how to handle this big news .... we just started dateing and haven't gone to bed together yet but this news makes it a little scary when you dont know anything about it!!!!!! so come on and tell me what you think
