If you didn't have sexual contact, it's really hard to believe you'd develop herpes in this area. Herpes would normally have some inflammation around the white spots (blisters) and develop into open sores within a couple of days. It can also develop welts that make it seem as though something is tunneling beneath your skin. These signs would last a couple of weeks. Only medical testing can tell you for sure, though.
