I just began a relationship with a new partner who has herpes and would like to know how careful we need to be re: condom use, oral sex, etc. Anything that anyone can offer would be helpful, or any materials to read would be great as well. I am in the process of changing drs and am not willing to discuss this with my present dr. or the potential new one. Please email and/or reply to this message. This relationship has great potential and I want to be knowledgable for our future as well as a child's future. Thank you.
