I believe you don't need to tell everyone you date. Only if you decide to sleep with that person, do they need to know. I dated around after my divorce for 3 years, and only told one person. That is the person I am marrying in two weeks. I had pleny of guys walk away before I told them....and the one I tell, stays!! Go figure! ;)
