I have high BP. I take Verapamil 240mg once a day. I have been taking my pill regularly never missing a dose.
Well I took my BP today, just cause using my manul mercury bp cuff arm rested on the table and it was
160/100. I then took it again a minute or so later, elevated my arm to heart level and it was 130/80.
Which one is correct. I know I am doing it right, first thump top number, no thump bottom number.
Any help will be greatful
