I so understand what you are going through. Although mine is not that high. I go to the doctor for
my BP check and it is always like 154/95 or higher but all my readings at home are 140/85 or lower, usually lower then that, but
they are great at home. I am on Verapamil 240mg once a day, I have started eating better and exercising so hopefully it will
go down even more. I also have severe anxeity so if I can get that under control I will be golden.
