Thank you everyone for you advice, I too Tammy need to get my anxiety under control. I never experienced this until about 5 years ago, and sometimes it takes all my strength just to do the mundane things of everyday living. Would you say that 2 mg of Mavik a low dosage to be treating such high blood pressure? The doctor gave me a 2 week supply before I go back to be tested, and I noticed on the packet it is only 2 mg. I have to have some blood work done, but he was so concerned over the high readings, and wanted to get it down straight away. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. Josette
