I'm a 20 yr old female. I'm 5'6 260lbs. The other day when my friends and I were at the store we started goofing off and taking our bp on one of the pharmacy machines. Mine said 179/96!! My friends said it was broke. The next day I went to another store pharmacy had it checked and got the same reading! Now I'm scared what do I do? I don't have medical insurrance and I can't afford the doctor. How can I lower my bp? Please help.
