I hate to say it but your blood pressure would undoubtedly come down to normal if you lost weight and did a bit of exercise. And you might even save on food. You'd certainly save on doctors bills. And I know I'm blunt - I'm renowned for it - but its the truth. Overweight is THE biggest cause of high BP. And you're setting yourself up for heaps of other long term problems. So, stay off the junk food - go low fat, walk, cycle - whatever. But do it! Best of luck.
