I'm five foot ten, 165 lbs, and i have played almost every sport imaginable. I weight train daily, and i don't take any supplements, and my body fat is really low. My bp is now 150 over 100. My grandma died around the age of 40 from high bp, and my mom has a lot of trouble with it as well. My grandpa from my dads side died from heart faliure and had extrememely high bp. I AM READY TO BEAT THIS THING, WHATEVER IT TAKES. ALL MY DOCTOR TOLD ME IS TO CUT DOWN MY SALT INTAKE. BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT FOODS HAVE A LOT OF SALT IN THEM BESIDES PROCESSED FOODS. I STILL EAT HAMBURGERS, FRIES (UNSALTED) AND A LOT OF THE SAME FOODS, CUZ I DON'T KNOW IF THEY ARE BAD FOR HIGH BP. MY DOCTOR SAID THAT IT'S OKAY FOR ME TO EAT FAT, JUST NOT SALT. I'M AFRAID THAT IF I DON'T GET THIS UNDER CONTROL NOW IT'S GOING TO TAKE YEARS OFF OF MY LIFE. PLEASE TELL ME HOW I CAN REDUCE IT WITHOUT DRUGS.
